The owner, who has always loved visiting izakaya and local eateries, opened the shop with the hope of creating a place he himself would want to come back to. It doesn’t have to be anything special. What makes us different: Grilled bone-in chicken, an unforgettable Marugame specialty

Our signature dish is Marugame’s soul food: bone-in chicken. Seasoned chicken thigh is slowly roasted in a steam convection oven. We start grilling only after you place your order, so it takes about 30 minutes to serve—but the result is crispy, fragrant skin and juicy, tender meat inside. We offer two types to match your taste:
